A Woman, A Goddess!

 India, a country of many religions and beliefs, recognizes the Supreme power with many names as a God and a Goddesses. 

The Women of that country are put on the pedestal in the form of Goddesses. Since she is the creator of the planet, and her powers are, in match with the divinity. 

Unfortunately, respect and dignity is not in the cards when it comes to treating the women. Thus, she ought to be a strong, and an independent individual by fighting for her rights and breaking all those barriers that keep her enclosed.

Some necessary steps for a woman to be strong and gain her freedom are within her. She has to learn to battle within herself, learn to protect herself and speak her mind since; life will not sustain if she becomes invisible. 

Fight your Mind: A woman should have the courage to argue with her subconscious mind and try to be her real self. Argue to such an extent that your mind will give up and say, “Okay, do what you want to do.” Once that signal comes in, bring your thoughts into the action and do not delay.

Be Self-Aware: Know about your finances, politics, and the money transfers. Ignorance is never bliss, and a woman could be taken for granted. Exercise your rights as being aware of the above in your family. Take the initiative to ask questions and make decisions if you feel something is not fair. Being quiet and submissive is not the solution.

Be Confident: Once you venture out in the wild world, you will tend to make many decisions. Some could be right, and some could go wrong. Do not falter over your bad decisions. Right and wrong conclusions are the two sides of a coin. If you will not fall, how will you make a right decision next time? Be confident in your stance even if the world jeers at you and calls you names.

Find your source of ignition: Each human runs on fuel of inspiration, which he/she gets from some activity such as playing a sport, cooking, meditating, yoga. This surges her/his adrenaline and makes him/her confident to face the world. Find your passion that helps ignite you, and strengthens you while making you venture into the world.

Use Earplugs: When a woman is making decisions in the man’s world, there will be instances when she will hear a lot of opinions on how, why, what, where. She will be questioned for her each act. Use earplugs and do not worry about what the world has to say. You are a confident and an intelligent woman. Sway yourself with poise along the crowd and do what your mind pleases.

Protect yourself: Even though, we are in the 21st century; it is still a man’s world in many aspects. Protect yourself physically by carrying some form of protection such as a pepper spray to be a deterrent when attacked.

Conclusion

Oh, Woman, you are the life of this planet.

You are the Mother, the Creator, and an Individual whose positivity radiates within you while you show Perseverance, Spontaneity, Inspiration, the Elegance and the Patience to endure all that is thrown at you.

Man has outlined you as a Goddess with divine beauty. But, you are much more than exterior beauty and should not be threatened by them around you.

Man has been trashing you in all aspects, but oh, Woman you are too stiff to bow down.

You are sensitive to the needs of your children; your man and you are the greatest lover, a healer, a homemaker, and positivity radiates from you and showers to the world.

Jai Ho! Woman.

To Ban or not to Ban

Origin of term, Ban

Ban or, in other words, boycott term was used ever since man was fighting for freedom. However, that time this official forbiddance led to something revolutionary. Making the foreigners leave their country attained freedom. This insurgency made people realize the impact of this noun and embraced it as they continued to rule, breathe and live on their terms in a country that they called home.

Man is boycotting things from his fellowman. Sure, sounds unconstitutional, but we ought to control each other by drawing boundaries now and then especially when we need to keep our environment clean from toxins that could be in the air or on the land. For an instance ban of plastic bags, or smoking cigarettes in public are some classic examples, which are worthy for the prohibition.

However, times have changed since then. Ban of some things, objects, and articles, have lately created a furor amongst the public.

When something is not going right ban it. When people oppress it, officially forbid it. When the thing is too explosive to handle, prohibit it. When an object is harming people, suppress it.

What I commend is the author's thorough research on this topic, and writing an explicable story keeping the reader hooked to the plot while maintaining the background to be majestic. I would recommend this book to anybody who is a fan of history since it will give the combined flavor of passion and power. Meet the Author Summerita Rhayne writes sensual romance with emotional conflict. She took up writing when she was in her late thirties and hasn't looked back since. She first got published in 2013 and has won contests with Harlequin and Harper Collins India. Set across Mumbai, Washington and Guangzhou, Breach is a compelling and edgy cyber thriller that explores the dark and dangerous underbelly of our increasingly virtual existence Buy @ Amazon.com |Amazon.in |  Watch It  My Review The novel, Breach revolves around a biotech company, Acel Biosciences that is about to file for an International Patent on a cancer drug that would revolutionize the cure for the disease, but unfortunately gets in the muddle where their recent data gets stolen and upon scrutinizing it in depth, it is found that the information was being modified thus, deviating them from the much-awaited success. The beginning of the few chapters were mind boggling, and as a reader I had to force myself to sit through them, but then as the story started to unfold, I could feel the excitement within as the novel started moving relatively fast with small, concise chapters and saying to the point for a particular scene or a character. As a reader, I had difficulty remembering the names of some characters since the story line was moving from one country to another in a jiffy.  Tech terms were some times a little overboard, but the conversation between Madhu and Ankita made things a little effortless and elementary for a layman like me.  Besides, running around with Vir who was in the limelight of the breach of the Acel India division as he was trying to decode the hacker and get to the bottom of it, the author also took us on an emotional ride with him as he was in the middle of his ex-flame, Diti and his current fiancee, Tracey. Thus, making him live on the edge. Another story of a couple of teenagers was being unfolded amidst this rift, and it was interesting to see how these two story lines intersected in the novel. But, this story ended abruptly, and not with a bang, which disappointed me. I was expecting some big drama towards the end.  Breach is a well-researched novel, and in the fast lane especially once it's on the track of deciphering the hacker. And I would recommend it to any tech lover cause of the ride that involves thrill, adventure and the fireworks that exploded while cracking the code.  Meet the Author Amrita Verma Chowdhury is the author of Faking It, an art crime thriller about fake modern and contemporary Indian art. She holds engineering degrees from IIT Kanpur and UC Berkeley, where she was a Jane Lewis Fellow, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon (Tepper Business School). Happy Holi

Ragini's heart was racing when fingers were pointing in her direction.

 She had to decode this fear and get into the groove of fun for Holi or else she would be dragged outside and colored with all the possible hues.

Just then, she accidentally tripped over a table that had a bowl of dry green and blue color. The mixture flew like pixie dust and got sprinkled on her, giving her a whiff of the color tone, thus helping to bring clarity to her thoughts.
'Stepped out with confidence as the turquoise color had shown her the way!

What grinds your gears?

"Jeez I hate how people backbite" laments Rose as she made that concluding statement after telling her ordeal on how she got backstabbed by her best friends, as she was getting her nails done.

"I swear! I just don't know how these people sleep at night," came a quick response from her stylist.

Just as Rose paid up and exited the building.
The stylist and her companion had a hearty laugh on her ex-client while mimicking her sobs.

Double crossing, dishonesty, mendacious, insincere, corrupted

Such traits roam around our planet in plenty. Am sure they all do it unknowingly, more so to be able to speak something, just anything.
Result: they hit rock bottom, and they continue to do this all the time, which eventually becomes a habit.

Now with a population of 318.9 million of the US, these things occur in plenty, and if I started worrying about it, I would have a nervous breakdown!


Thus, I want just to continue to focus on minuscule things in my day to day life that catches my attention and makes me grinds my gears!

Some of them are:
When the toilet paper is under and not over...geez! It's tough to grab it when you want to speed things up and clean!

When a certain someone wants to contact you ASAP, and hell breaks loose if you are not available!

When you brief your better half with all the possible instructions, and he calls you with the queries. Ughh!

When people use their saliva to turn pages in a book, and then the book comes to you for a read. Sheesh! I keep that book in the sun for a day to kill those germs!!


But then as Plato has suggested:

“There are two things a person should never be angry at, what they can help, and what they cannot.” 
― Plato

So, I can take steps to avoid the anger step into my system, by applying the brakes in the nick of time so that my vehicle does not set into gear!

I can turn over the toilet paper. 'can breathe in a few puffs of oxygen to keep my cool and respond to the urgency, and can give the details when needed despite all the instructions given.  And I can prefer to read an ebook :)

Mantra for today: Tolerance towards actions of others is indirectly beneficial to one's health.
