When THE day arrives...

Nostradamus had predicted many things, and out of the many he also had given an estimate of the day when the world will come to an end.

Sure, that leaves us all fearful since the last day of existence is nearing as we speak.

What do we do?

Nothing!

Just continue with our daily humdrum of our lives since sitting under the table in fear that one unfortunate day our planet earth will be engulfed by the sun's rays or some natural disaster will eat us all alive thus, making it the last day of our existence!

Life will become stagnant and this will not help mankind.

Sure, mindfulness would help.

And recently where ever you look, the word awareness is spoken a lot about. People are cautious of their surroundings, apprehensive of their behavior, watchful over their family, vigilant about their health thus, making all their five senses all attentive.

However, there are times when we go and live in the past, or the future thus miss out on the present, but then mankind obliges each other with a reality check by either exhibiting some clashes between them or a natural disaster helps bring us together and make us realize how little we are when it comes to a  calamity or a tragedy.

Thus, making me hum the famous song:
Que sera, sera
Whatever will be, will be
The future's not ours to see
Que sera, sera
What will be, will be

Till then, let us continue walking our respective paths, cause when suddenly a last day on this earth will come, we all shall scream, cry, howl and pray as we near our end and then maybe just maybe some of us might regret not having smiled, jumped with joy or just hugged someone whom we loved.

Mantra for today: Life is today, whatever it is!
