Do you know it all?

Man lives in a world of arrogance, contemptuousness, and has an audacity of his existence.

I wonder why
We all are born with the same color of blood, same amount of body parts. Thus, making us all equal on a physical level.

When it comes to money and status, some are successful while some struggle in life.
However, destiny or fate could also be blamed for the above.

Oh! Men walk the streets of life grounded as when you reach the gates of heaven; your deeds shall be questioned and HE shall comment, “So, you think you knew it all.”

Living life with a purpose!

Write tribe is sponsoring another challenging event...
Hemingway This Wednesday
Where the writer is challenged to write a nonfiction/fiction/poem on any of his proverbs.
“When you start to live outside yourself, it’s all dangerous.”   (The Garden of Eden)
------
Our Society is living this classic lifestyle and its affects can be seen world wide.

People want a busy life and always be on the run. In fact, those who do not exhibit that style of living are considered a bore. Man thinks that he ought to be adventurous and always on the run to have that adrenaline gush within him.
Result?
Humans are not thinking rationally when performing their acts. They are doing it cause the time demands it and thus the impact is horrendous.
Our society is turning ugly by each minute. The grisly acts on thy fellow men bruise the physical self. The hideous remarks burn someone emotionally. The grotesque comments cause mental blemishes.
Society is turning black and blue physically, mentally and emotionally cause of man's irrational behavior for adventure and always be on the run.

My 2 cents
Pause life every few minutes of the day and be aware of what your thoughts are making you do. Reflections can help man ponder over his actions and help him live a life within himself with no need of any adventure cause life itself is risky and gives us the unexpected at every junction. Why live a dangerous life since this very existence is a gamble.

Mantra for today: Live a life with a purpose and that will enable you to live within your means.

My Last day there...

Join in the fun at Write Tribe with 100 words. Today's prompt is:

I knew it was my last day there

---------

The sitting on lap and doing the nose-to-nose rub, as the chuckles would fill up the living room. The perching on the tractor and touring the farm while chewing the sugarcane and waving to the farmers who were working on producing herbage on mother earth makes me inhale deep and relax those tensed muscles as I wipe my tears as he lay there breathing his precious few gasps.

Seeing my Nanaji in that state, I knew it was my last day there.

Mantra of the Day: Being in the moment can help us bring closure to the memories we created.

Every Once in a While...

Write-tribe is having a 100 word challenge titled, "Every Once in a While".
Join in the fun!
---------------

Studies have indicated that when the body or mind is in distress, that could be signs of spiritual awakening.

Every once in a while, I undergo a roller coaster ride with my mind and my body pains. Being a human, sure I become anxious but then that is a sign that I have to mute myself from the community, and look inside me.

This is a mute period where I talk to my consciousness and try to listen to what aches her as I walk along the path of life.

Mantra Of The Day: Turn your anguish into sound insight.

I published my first novel, and while my family was rejoicing over it. There was this emptiness in my heart that yearned for something more.

You were always very proud of my achievements and would not even spare the dhobi or the milkman and  rave out the accomplishments of your kids.

Wonder what you would have done after seeing my paperback titled, "Choices"

Alas, fate did not give you the choice to choose and took you away from us at a very early age.

Miss you, Papa and I wish you were here.

MOTD: Fate tends to give a spooky surprise
