Words of Power
Never imagined the power of words after experimenting it on myself.
For the past one week...I used to pick 2 words that would be my left and right arm during the day and they helped me walk past all the emotional or physical hurdles for those 24 hours.
The procedure is simple.
Before you start your day, pick two adjectives that could reflect upon your routine for that day.
Some basic examples are: Confident, Happy, Dutiful, Patient, Strong.
Stick to the words that resonate to you for that day, and you will be amazed at how those words will guide you through any plight and will help you to continue tread upon your path for the day.
Staying focussed on your goal for the day, is not simple especially with tons of other commitments.
“Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days.”
― Zig Ziglar
Let these words play back into your sub-conscious mind when you are lost emotionally. They will help you come back to your goal of that day.
