A lone moment...

Our planet has a population of over a billion humans and still there are moments in our lives when we are alone, and things happen, and when they happen we either feel lonely after that incident or just want to be alone.

Man is such a complex being that he wants to be surrounded by happiness, but when a plight occurs and if he is alone, he is petrified cause it takes time for him to absorb it, and then spit it out after being able to translate his feelings over that issue.

One such thing happened about four years ago when no one was "technically" around

My dad was in the ICU, and the doctors had given up on him. The cancer cells had taken over his entire body thus debilitating him, and his organs were giving up functionality gradually.

My brother and mom had to leave the room for some last minute errands, and I was alone with him while his eyes were shut, and he had a breathing mask on his face.

I was standing on his right side, stroking his arm gently more so to make him aware that we are around him. Just then, he raised his left arm as if trying to hold on to somebody. I was curious what is he up to since he had a smile on his face while his eyes were closed.

I tried to go to the other side of the bed in order to hold that hand, but within a few seconds that arm went plop!

I looked at him; he had a calm expression on his face. I was puzzled!

Called out to the nurse, who came in after a few minutes and declared him dead.

“We are the cosmos made conscious and life is the means by which the universe understands itself.”
― Brian Cox

Gradually the news of his death spread, and we all grieved over our loss.

But, that moment alone with my dad, made me very curious and lonely since his action prior to his passing away was very strange. Researched into it, and found that angels come to take the soul away. And am sure he must have seen those angels in the form of his dad and mom (my grandparents) thus the smile!

“Within each of us is a light, awake, encoded in the fibers of our existence. Divine ecstasy is the totality of this marvelous creation experienced in the hearts of humanity”
― Tony Samara

My 2 cents
We are such amazing creatures that we can tune our mind to three levels of consciousness in any given state. My dad's organs were failing, he was partially in a coma, his level of consciousness was able to see what the soul wanted him to perceive.

Mantra for today: Our brain is a powerful organ that has a mind of its own.

FTSF is here. The sentence for this friday is: No one was around when this happened.

Mind your business!

Mind is a restless organ, and it can drift from one place to another in a jiffy. This drifting does not need the purchase of a ticket. The advantage is that we are ticketless, and there is no one to penalize us for it.

However, chances are that our mind will not always think of pleasant things. It will mostly think of unfortunate things that have happened upon thy self. This will give us thoughts of people associated with it and the circumstances conjoined to it.

Result?

We stiffen up and forget to breathe normally, which can delay the secretion of hormones to our body. That moment, will not matter, but eventually our body will get taxed by its lack of secretions.

What is the problem?

Problem is that mind if not alerted of its thoughts will always think negative and this thinking will give small jolts to our body, and it will eventually tax us as our body ages.

Solution?

Mind and Negativity are a century old problem. It cannot be derogated immediately. However, once we start getting aware of our thoughts then, we can help control our mind and its thoughts.

We all are the children of one Creator. There is no one born with wrong intentions. Circumstances make a person do a wrong act. Forgive and Forget is the mantra but again not easy to do. But, staying detached from any person, action, and circumstance will help a person avoid negativity in their minds.

Awareness of the action you perform or think can lead to freedom for all the sufferings that thy man has bestowed upon himself.

Be in the moment when your mind is thinking of things. You will love to analyze your own mind and your own thoughts and eventually be proud of it.

Mantra for today: Mind is yours. Take ownership of it.

Our Heart rules the World

Human anatomy is amazing. Our heart and our brain are the power houses for our success, and sorrow.

The choices we make and the actions performed can either give us happiness, contentment, sorrow or dejection from life.

These choices are dependent on our heart and brain and then what follows after that is destiny.

We are surrounded by electromagnetic waves. The electrical and magnetic pulses impact our human body as well as the environment.

Our heart is documented to have the strongest electrical and magnetic field as compared to the brain.

Thus, giving priority to the blood pumping organ over the mind.

Any change in the electromagnetic (electric or magnetic) field in the heart, will affect the emotions thus bringing about a change in actions in an individual.

Opening our heart to various kind of sentiments will help man become conscious of his surroundings and the actions taken in relevance to it will be pondered upon by an individual. As a result compassion, humanity, kindness will be exhibited. This kind of behavior will help to bring about a positive change on our planet.

Science is now proving that our human body is more than just a pair of legs, arms that help an individual move. It's anatomy has the right features to adapt the wavelength around us and help bring about a change. Consciousness is a necessary element once the heart brings about a change in the electromagnetic field.

Places where war is being waged, the mind is over-ruling the heart and man is losing the kindheartedness and allowing the brain to take charge by making his environment ugly not only by the blood bath but also going against the true nature of the electromagnetic waves, which are supposed to be strong in the heart than the mind.

My 2 cents
Why go against nature, and defy the wavelength around us?

Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye.

Mantra for today: Let the heart speak.

Our Universe

Did you know that we are surrounded by two kinds of Universe?

Our Outer universe consists the warmth of the sun, the cool breeze of the wind, the exotic sound of the birds, the trees ruffling amidst all this and giving us the necessary oxygen to live, the gentle sound of the ocean that help us relieve our tensions as we hoof along the path of our life.

The Inner universe is our brain. This 3 pounder is an elastic organ that can take in any changes around us. It is so versatile, and it comprises of our thoughts, fears, emotions, worries and memories. Imagine all these bunch of things colliding within each other on a daily basis. How confused man can be?

But, with awareness we can help direct our thoughts and channel our actions and eliminate our worries by helping to create new memories.

This awareness can be created when we choose to live in the present. Such positive changes can only happen, and our inner universe can coincide with our plans if we learn to program it.

People who believe in astrology can agree that our inner universe and our outer universe can play an important role in our development and progress as we chug along our respective paths.

These two universes are related, and we just ought to know how to organize our inner universe so that it aligns with the outer universe and give us all that we desire.

Mantra for today: We can be the masters of our destiny. Just got to learn the secrets of programming our inner universe.

Can you be Sensitive and Sensible at the same time?

Being sensitive and sensible...they are usually two sides of a coin. Thus, how can a human trod upon a path adapting both the adjectives in his life?

Man usually thinks from his heart, which makes him sensitive. Such emotional people tend to make  decisions, which are just beneficial to the heart but are not practical or sensible.

How can we acquire both the S's in our life and help balance it out?

Play the brain game!

Our brain has two important portions: left and right chambers. The right brain is best at creative tasks such as music, intuition, creativity, reading and expressing emotions. The left brain involves logic, language and analytical thinking such as logic, critical thinking and reasoning.

The next time when your heart gets emotional over an issue. Your right brain is working. Before you come to a conclusion, be aware of your thoughts and prior to making a decision. Let their be a transmission happening from your right brain to the left brain.

This will help you analyze the situation and make a sensible decision.

The thoughts are all up in your brain. How you execute them, depends on your reasoning.

You are an intelligent soul, thus use your brain to the fullest and attain your goals in life by having the two S's beside you.

Mantra for today: Being Sensible and yet being sensitive to the needs around can make an individual acquire trait which is supreme. Awareness is the key factor behind it.
