Some Happy Music to help find your flow....

'Was listening to Pharell Williams and his happy tune was putting me in high spirits and tap my fingers on the table.

Is there ever a reason to be happy?

Sure, if the mind is at ease then it can be elated and tap at any music. Brain is so smart, that it can translate even the dreary kind of music if spirits are high. Co-incidence that Happy was playing and I clapped along...

Being happy, content, and satisfied helps one find a flow towards our day. It is the sense of effortless action which some refer it to be like just darn lucky or as American Authors call it the Best day of my life that makes an individual jump so high that he touches the clouds and also has the courage to dance with monsters through the night.

The impact of having a good day is so positive that man tends to make affirmations that he is not going to look back and never give up cause today he attained so much that it has touched his soul, and things are looking as bright as the sun till midnight.

Such "flow" experiences are vivid that man aspires to touch the sky (just as when an individual is in love) The magnetism is alluring and it tends to make an individual tap into the source of joy and try to invite it into their daily routine. This joy once recognized is infectious that even if the day is going as a roller coaster, he will make an effort to dig deep within and find his flow.

Such is the charisma of happiness that it makes a person hungry, and want that stage of mind again and again.

The recipe is darn simple since it is just pure awareness, and the path after that is plain bliss.

Mantra for today: Catch this happiness bug within you, and get liberated.

How to always be happy?

We all want to be happy and content in this lifetime.

But, life throws mangoes, potatoes, onions and stones at us. How can a poor soul always be smiling and happy?

Answer to the above is: Pretense

Do not have expectations from anyone.
Man is a good actor so, covering up your bruises and pains should help you put a sheet on your agonies and as the saying goes...out of sight; out of mind.

This will help you train your mind to be happy.

When your bruises are not visible, when your mind is trained to see only the happiness and sieve off the sorrows. Then all that is left is joy.

Training your mind and being aware of the present situation will help you cope up with all that is thrown at you.

Mantra for today: The power of pretense is wearing a happy mask, which tends to keep the pain at a distance.

Are you a Happy and a Good Blogger?

I came across this question on a job search engine, where they  looked only for happy and good bloggers.

I am amused by the above since Happiness and being Good, is a state of mind and come to think of it, all humans are happy in their own way, however; some would define the person's happiness as negative thinking or some would say that the blogger is in a positive frame of mind thus, happy.

Happiness is present in this universe, and you could define it to be as the winning of the Democratic party or some could also define it to be for the Republican party since; with the current economy in shambles, they are not responsible directly for bringing it to be into a top gear and get it moving.

Blogging aka writing on the net with the above attributions can certainly create a stir. Your blog or Vblog could go viral, and your message can get conveyed.

Expression of an idea is all that matters, since; we all are happy and good bloggers.

A beautiful quote by Deepak Chopra, "
"Passively accepting your sadness is the same as forgetting to build your own happiness. Happiness is more than a mood. It's a long-lasting state that is more accurately called well-being."

Mantra for today: All humans are good and happy souls
