How would you pursuit happiness?

Happiness and money are related to most of the population.

If you have the money, you have happiness since; at least the basic necessities are around you.

The only problem is that there is no end to it.

Man is continuously pursuing innovation so that life would become easy and eventually we will be in an era where machines will work for us. Man will be sitting back and watching them work while he continues to deter the planet's resources and fight and complain over basic things.

Recently, Pope was in the news requesting people to use the basic gadgets such as phone, car or clothing as a necessity and not as a pleasure.

What is your take on the above?

Sure, man ought to stay in the race by having the basic necessities but, to run after the latest gadgets is a never ending pursuit.

What makes you happy and content?

Mantra for today: Drawing a line between necessity and pleasure is necessary for the solace of the mind.

I literally just wrote about unplugging more on the weekends and on Mondays now, too, because my husband is taking vacation days on Mondays for the summer. So, this post truly resonated with me and you are right my family is truly what makes me happy and have to remember that and not forget it. Thank you for the gentle reminder here and voted as always for you!!

What do I need? Very little...food, shelter and love. I've already got them, so I'm taken care of. :) Have a great day Ruchira!
