No, I am not dying yet, but my recent fall made my diaphragm shift a little and every time I breathe; I get a slight punch in my right shoulder.
The reason for this blog is not to get sympathy, but since I have been aware of my breathing (cause of that little discomfort) I thought I bring the focus on breathing, the prime reason we are alive today!
How many times do we pay attention to our breathe? We take this verb for granted.
Now, sure if our body mechanics is fine, why worry and why not take upon the challenges that are thrown upon us. That's what being a man is all about, correct?
Sure! I agree.
But, we should also not forget that this breathe which is the basis of our life is also very essential and ever wonder how many times we gasp ourselves short of breath either when we are excited or tensed.
We got to consciously couple our lungs and our mind as we fuel oxygen in our system.
Many people stay alive, but very few live a full life. Be one of them, by creating awareness with each breathe.
It is the unconscious uncoupling that eventually bring many problems to our body.
Mantra for today: When consciousness is coupled within the mind, the quality of life increases!
That said above...I am in an awareness kinda mood today thanks to my breathing :)
