HOW to measure happiness

Happiness is eternal, but usually got when materialistic thing is achieved.

Result

The happiness is short lived.

Man tends to get used to that gadget or object, as a result, he soon tends to forget how blissful he was a few weeks ago.

Solution?

Try to get happiness from actions, nature, kindness. The satisfaction one gets from such deeds, is usually long lived, and always tends to bring a smile on one's face, when low in spirits.

Measure happiness by your deeds, and actions. Happiness got from objects will be short lived, and not be as memorable as the latter one.

Mantra for today: Actions reflect louder than the worldly objects accumulated.
